How UF/TREEO Serves the Environmental CommunityEnvironmental professionalsStay current in your area through training offered by the University of Florida TREEO Center. UF/TREEO offers more than 300 non-credit professional development courses each year in environmental, health and safety, and sustainability areas. There are several professional development opportunities available. Open enrollment courses are offered at the Gainesville campus of the University of Florida TREEO Center and at other locations throughout Florida. Online courses are a great option for those that don’t have time away from work or travel funds. Customized training of current courses or development of new course content can be brought to your organization. Technical assistance is available for implementing an environmental management system or for bringing innovative solutions to environmental compliance problems. Train-the-Trainer classes are available for individuals with technical skills that need to expand their adult instruction skills to bring training in-house. Sustainable conferences, UF/TREEO can assist your organization in planning and executing your conference using the latest green meeting standards. |
