Sponsor Guidelines:

  1. All sponsorship/in kind donations must be confirmed and received by November 16, 2009 to allow proper advertisement time.
  2. A Sponsorship minimum of $1,500 qualifies for a complimentary Sponsor Conference Registration in accordance to the sponsor levels above.
  3. Sponsors participating in the Exhibit Show MUST pay the registration/exhibit fee by November 16, 2009 in order to guarantee a table (exhibit space is limited).
  4. Signage will be displayed at the conference for all $5,000 level sponsors and above for the event they have committed. Sponsors are welcome to become a part of the Program Planning Committee for the events they have agreed to support (subject to availability at time of commitment).
