  • Tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Tables assignment provided no later than November 2, 2009.
  • Tables must be set up prior to the arrival of participants.
  • All breaks will take place in the exhibit area.
  • Includes:
    • Registration for 1 person. Additional attendee is $265
    • Exhibitors may attend all sessions.
    • Skirted 6-foot table with two chairs. Room is carpeted.
