This one-day training session gives Environmental Professionals that already have a background in Health & Safety, Asbestos, Lead and/or other similar areas the information and skills to be proficient concerning environmental mold remediation issues in buildings.
Topics Include:
- Mold and Fungi
- Possible Health Effects
- Do We Sample or Not?
- Moisture Problems in Buildings
- Remediation Tactics by Regulation Guidance or Liability?
- Mold Problem Solutions
- Do I Really Have Any Liability?
Daily breaks are scheduled. You are also given one hour for lunch, but lunch is not provided so you will need to make arrangements.
Course Objective
At the completion of the training the student should be able to identify the health concerns & regulatory issues, re: air quality, resulting from construction renovation and maintenance activities.
Please Note: Participant must be present for entire class time to receive CEUs and a Certificate of Attendance.
