Using the Internet, students will gain a working knowledge of wastewater collection systems safety procedures, sewer inspections and testing, pipeline cleaning and maintenance, underground repair, lift stations, equipment maintenance and sewer rehabilitation.

 Utilizes "Operation & Maintenance of Wastewater Collection Systems", Vol. I and II, CSUS Foundation.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for and will benefit policy makers, managers, and administrators who will be or are now working in the planning, operation, maintenance, and management of wastewater collection systems.

Requirements for Online Courses:

  • You should be computer literate and familiar with PC-based systems to participate in the online courses.
  • Prepayment is required before you will receive log-in information, including address and password.
  • You must provide an email address at time of registration/payment.
  • Courses must be completed within six months from date of registration. Certificate will be issued on the date you pass the final exam.
