Mold Assessment and Remediation Regulation, SB 0440Licensing Rule Passed in the State of Florida
The Florida Board of Professional Regulation stated on October 1, 2009:
Legislation has passed for this department to begin licensing mold inspectors/mediators and their businesses as of July 1, 2010. Information should be available within a few months prior to July 1, 2010. Keep checking www.myfloridalicense.com for updates.
