Carol is responsible for all administrative, financial, promotional and programming areas at UF/TREEO. She has been employed at UF/TREEO for more than 20 years. Prior to joining UF/TREEO, she worked in marketing research for a national retail organization.

She is on the board of the Florida Section American Water Resources Association, Florida Section American Water Works Association Region XI leadership team, a founding board member of the Florida/Caribbean Green Meeting Industry Council, a member of Society of Government Meeting Professionals and Florida Water Environment Association. Currently, she is vice chair for the communication committee for the APEX green meetings standards panel that is tasked with setting standards for green meetings for the US EPA.

Carol holds a bachelor of science in business and a master of business administration from Murray State University, Murray, Ky.
