Laurel Brown is a Marketing and Program Coordinator at UF/TREEO. She coordinates the LEED and Sustainability courses, and she provides marketing for all of UF/TREEO’s courses, events and special projects.

Laurel has worked at the University of Florida since 1997 and has been with the TREEO Center since 2004.

Laurel serves as the First Vice President and Communication Chair of the Central Florida Society of Government Meeting Professionals (SGMP), she is a Green Team Captain and participates in green initiatives through the UF Green Team Network, she is also a member of Green Meeting Industry Council (GMIC), and the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC).

Laurel Brown holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management.
